Our service fee starts from 9% based on order value, with lower rates applied as order volume scales. A $50 USD minimum applies. Simple single-link orders may qualify for reduced minimums after review. International freight is quoted separately after packing, and a 4.5% payment processing fee applies to all payment methods.

What Costs Are Excluded from the Base Fee?
Base fees cover agency and warehouse handling. Certain variable costs depend on actual logistics and are billed separately.
Q: Is international freight included?
A: No. Global shipping is calculated after your goods are packed, based on actual weight, volume, box count, destination, and carrier route.
Q: Is 100% item-by-item QC included?
A: Standard QC covers basic visual checks or random sampling. Full inspections, power-on tests, or assembly checks require extra fees based on product type and workload.
Q: Does the supplier deliver to your China warehouse for free?
A: Rarely. Many 1688 suppliers charge separately for local transport. This domestic China freight is collected separately and paid to the carrier.
Q: Are there any packaging fees?
A: Yes, if special materials are needed. Reinforced boxes, wooden crates, pallets, or extra protective wrapping are charged based on actual material usage.

Exchange Rate Handling
We use the live USD/RMB rate at the time of payment. No hidden currency conversion spreads or extra markups are added.
Complimentary Warehouse Storage
We offer up to 30 days of free storage in China. This allows you to gather goods from multiple vendors before international shipping.
Defect Returns & Refunds
If visible flaws, wrong items, or QC failures occur, we help negotiate returns or refunds with the vendor at no extra service cost. If the supplier refuses to cover domestic return freight, it may be deducted from the refund.
Payment Structure
How Our Two-Payment System Works
We split purchasing and logistics because global freight depends on actual packing results.
Phase 1: Product Purchase
Paid before placing orders with suppliers. Covers product cost, China domestic shipping, agency fee, and payment handling fee. Agency fee is tiered (e.g., starting from 9% based on order value). Payment handling fee is charged at actual cost (e.g., 4.5%).
Phase 2: International Logistics
Stage 2 is paid after packing is complete. At this stage, we can confirm the actual weight, volumetric weight, carton size and available shipping options.
Why Split Payments?
Global shipping costs cannot be quoted accurately until items are packed and measured. We bill logistics separately after receiving, checking, consolidating, and packing your goods.
